On Saturday, Rich and Tony played a round of golf. Apparently, the fact that Tony hasn't played in a long time was obvious, but that didn't stop him from having a great time.
While the guys were golfing the rest of us spent the day at the park and going out for lunch. Can I just ask you how many 16 year old boys do you know that would spend the day at the park with their mother, their Godmother, and an almost 4 year old??? Not many I'm guessing! Not only did Adam, Ben, and Sam join us they were a lot of fun to be with...even when the waitress accidentally dumped a full glass of Mountain Dew in Adam's lap! I tell you - my Godsons are the most delightful teenage boys you'll ever meet!!
Saturday night Ben and Sam went to the prom. It was so much fun to see them get all dressed up. I think Lily was only slightly disappointed when she realized she wasn't going to be Ben or Sam's date ;-).
Sunday morning Tony and Lily invaded Laura's kitchen and made me a yummy cooked breakfast for Mother's Day.
In between all of that we ate too much, laughed too much, and just enjoyed being together!
