This was the beautiful verse inside the Christmas card that Mary Beth sent to us this year. Of course, this verse speaks to the true meaning of Christmas but as Mary Beth wrote inside the card it speaks to our family, too.
Tony and I still cannot believe how blessed we have been and especially at Christmas are reminded of what a tremendous gift we have received. Lily truly is the greatest joy and being her mother fills a place inside of me that I never knew was there...much less empty.
As Tony wrote in my Christmas card, "Christmas is not about the gifts you give someone it is about the love you have for each other and the love of family." Who could ask for anything more?
