Picture Perfect

Five years ago yesterday, Tony and I saw pictures of Lily's sweet face for the very first time.



I can remember almost every moment of that amazing day. It will forever be one of the happiest days in my life.



Looking at the precious referral pictures of Lily I remember thinking I couldn't wait to see a smile on her sweet little rosebud lips.





It was impossible to know from looking at the pictures of Lily's sweet little serious face that she would grow to be one of the happiest, silliest, smilingest (how do you like that word??) girls you would ever want to meet...



...and that Tony and I have the indescribable privilege to parent!!!
