The good news is that Daddy went into work late and we all went out to breakfast. Yay!
Um...the not so good news is that when we walked into our little neighborhood restaurant for breakfast two of the waiters called out, "Lily!" Oops...busted!
I think Daddy might know now that we sometimes meet Dad Dad and Mary Beth for breakfast during the week.
When Steve, our waiter, came up to the table he asked Lily who the stranger was. Lily told Steve that this was her Daddy and that Daddy was out with us to celebrate our fourth Family Day.
When our breakfast was finished Steve came to the table with this:
Though I can't say I've ever had dessert after breakfast...I thought it was an incredibly sweet gesture and Lily was THRILLED!
After breakfast Tony headed off to work and Lily and I went to an Easter Egg Dying Party.
Lily had a wonderful time and dyed dozens of eggs!
From the picture above can you guess what color Lily dyed most of her eggs?? Our girl seriously loves the color blue!
When Daddy got home we had dinner and a special Lily requested dessert of chocolate cupcakes without icing...thank you very much...and chocolate ice cream.
Lily also requested that we sing "Happy Birthday to our family". How cute is she???
