For New Year's Eve we had a nice dinner at home, toasted the New Year with some sparkling grape juice, and called it a night. I was actually asleep when 2009 made its first appearance...a far cry from New Year's Eves of old!
Tony had a great birthday. We spent a quiet family day together and celebrated with a yummy cheesecake that Lily not only helped me make...but she blew out all of Daddy's candles, too!
