Today Lily, Suzy, and I went to the pumpkin patch with Lily's preschool class. Aunt Sheila was going to join us but her work schedule recently changed and she wasn't able to join us.
The weather was beautiful and we had a great day! Lily fed animals at the petting zoo, we took a hayride, and capped the day off by finding the perfect pumpkin.

My kids make fun of my Mom-isms: Holy Guacamole!, Rats-a-rootie!, Dagnabit!, and (when I'm really upset) Spit nails and whistle Dixie! Little do they know I had to train myself to use those expressions when the boys were young so they wouldn't inherit my extensive four-letter vocabulary. Hearing my boys now, you'd never know I made that effort to clean up my language. But the Mom-isms have now become useful Mom-Mom-isms with my grandchildren. Good luck with your vocab retraining, TJ.
Oh aunt t you went there with out me the nerve of you
