We're Going To The Zoo, Zoo, Zoo

Yesterday Lily and I went to the zoo with our playgroup. As we walked around Lily was singing the Raffi song, "Going to the zoo". It was so sweet to hear her little voice singing, "We’re goin’ to the zoo, zoo, zoo. How about you, you, you? You can come too, too, too. We’re goin’ to the zoo, zoo, zoo."

The morning was really, really chilly. Well...okay...it was down right COLD! One benefit of the chilly weather is that we pretty much had the place to ourselves! I've never been to the zoo when it was so empty and I've never seen so many animals up close and personal. I think they liked having the place almost to themselves, too.
