We bent the rules a little bit and brought Dad Dad along for Parents' Observation Day. Lily just loved having her Dad Dad there.
Unbeknownst to us, we entered the classroom without Lily noticing. You should have seen her sweet little face light up when she realized we were there! She was positively beaming!!
I wish I would have thought to videotape Lily introducing us to her classmates. There should be a law about that much cuteness in one place!
Lily couldn't wait to show her Dad Dad what she can do on the computer. Let's just say she can do quite a bit more on the computer than her grandfather!
Parents' Observation Day ended with the children acting out several nursery rhymes. Here is Lily in her starring role in Hey Diddle Diddle.
What a fun way for Dad, Tony, and I to spend the morning. It also confirmed what I already knew...our little sweetie is enjoying every second of kindergarten!
